After a flood, it was time to rethink this restaurant. The mandate? To design a restaurant with different areas offering a cozy and timeless atmosphere. We designed a central bar modulated by the beams of the existing architectural volume. Different uses of textures, fixtures and materials define the zones with a sensitivity to uniformity and detail.
