Clients contacted us to review the layout of the ground floor which was partitioned and not maximized. The challenge ? The narrow and atypical space. Wanting to create several distinct areas, we designed architectural furniture to define and delimit the different uses. The kitchen, dining room, living room and reading room spaces communicate together to create a friendly space, where various atmospheres can be experienced. At the front of the house, there is also a small gym for active guests. The openings have also been modified to help with the layout of the different sections.
A relaxation and conversation area is found at the back of the accommodation, in connection with the kitchen.
A small bathroom has been fitted out under the stairs. With a contrasting color, it creates a cozy "restaurant style" atmosphere.
Upstairs, a large storage module unifies the rooms.
