House on St-Joseph

The challenge of this project was to convert a former sailboat sales office into housing. We redesigned the space to isolate the bedrooms at the back of the home, accessible from a passageway that integrates an office space. The kitchen in the center becomes the meeting place and offers a flexible seating area. We kept the existing architectural elements while modernizing the space.
