The project involved designing office and meeting spaces in a Victorian house in Carré St-Louis, while preserving its residential atmosphere.
The basement was redesigned as a collaborative space with six workstations and a conference area divided by a glass wall that diffuses natural light. Versatility guided the design, offering adaptable spaces. The layout incorporates optimized storage, a reconfiguration of the bathroom, and custom furniture, in a confident contemporary atmosphere that is distinct from the rest of the house.
The bench under the window adds a relaxed touch to the meeting room.
