The project aimed to reimagine the layout of an industrial-style condo to maximize the utility of every area and storage space. The main objective was to optimize the various zones by prioritizing light, functionality, and comfort within a sophisticated aesthetic. The transformation began by creating distinct spaces around the imposing columns. The master bedroom offers an inviting blend of elegance and simplicity, while the second bedroom—featuring a Murphy bed—allows for great versatility in how the space is used.

Custom built-in furniture was designed for every room, featuring solutions tailored to everyday needs.

This project embodies a bespoke approach, where every intervention contributes to creating a cohesive, modern, and welcoming space that reflects the occupants' needs and lifestyle.
