A couple returning to Montreal wanted to live in their Rosemont condo. The challenge? The small size of the apartment and the layout. We reduced the footprint of the bathroom, reoriented the kitchen and redesigned custom storage. Their home was designed to be open, but flexible thanks to large sliding doors that allow flexibility and to vary the intimacy of the space.

The laundry room has been integrated into the kitchen to recover unused space.

Sliding doors make it possible to close the rooms when needed without dividing the space on a daily basis.

The bedroom storage creates a distance with the bathroom.
