The main wish of the clients was to redesign the first floor and garden level of this split which was partitioned and poorly optimized. The challenge? The open concept layout of this split level home. In order to clearly define the zones, we designed architectural furniture to meet specific needs according to its location. Our approach was also to move the kitchen to make it more connected to the outside. To do this, we completely opened up the walls and ceilings to showcase the cathedral roof. The dining room is framed by a new window overlooking the courtyard.

A generous entrance has been designed to meet the needs of family life.

An oversized door allows this space to be closed or opened while allowing light to pass through.

The basement has been completely remodeled to include a laundry room, living room, office and a large bathroom.

The bathroom space extends along the windows generating a large and bright shower.
